2.1 Who may register on Find Your Home web site?
Any person who is 18 years old or older.
2.2 Who may register as a Find Your Home Member?
Any property seller or buyer and anyone who would like to use the professional services of our partners such as a Bank, Property Lawyers, Real Estate Agents, Property Inspectors, Property Valuers/Consultants and Property Managers.
To register you need to fill in the “Member Registration Form.”
After completing the registration form please check your email box. We will send you an email asking you to confirm/complete your registration. If you do not receive email from us please check your junk mail settings to make sure that they are not blocking emails from Find Your Home website. We recommend adding our email address www.findyourhome.co.nz to your address book.
2.3 Who may register as a Find Your Home Partner?
Any Registered Lawyer, Property Valuer/Consultant/Advisor, Real Estate Agent, Property Inspector and Property Manager.
To register you need to fill in the “Professionals Registration Form”.
After completing the Registration form please check your email box. We will send you an email asking you to confirm/complete your registration. If you do not receive email from us please check your junk mail settings to make sure that they are not blocking emails from Find Your Home website. We recommend adding our email address www.findyourhome.co.nz to your address book.
2.4 Important note for those getting registered as Professionals:
Bank, Property Lawyers, Real Estate Agents, Property Inspectors, Property Valuers/Consultants/Advisors and Property Managers.
When you register your business on Find Your Home web site you will get full access to a number of business tools in your Find Your Home Office.
If you wish to list a property you will also need to register as a Find Your Home Member. You can use the same email address for registration.
3. Find Your Home Fees
- Registration on Find Your Home website is free.
- Find Your Home does not charge a Property Listing. Property Listing is free.
4. Account termination
Find Your Home has the right to terminate web site user’s account for:
- Breaching Find Your Home polices, statements, rules;
- Find Your Home is required to do so by law.
